Physical Therapist
Position Title: Physical Therapist
Position Location: Columbus, OH
Job Summary: The Physical Therapist is responsible for the assessment and treatment of children ages birth to 3 years of age at an Early Intervention Center in Lebanon, OH. In addition, this employee will work collaboratively with treatment team members, including early intervention specialists, other therapists, and the child’s family when providing services. The Physical Therapist will provide consultations and document all services as requested/required by the contract.
Position Requirements: The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited college with a degree as a Physical Therapist and hold a current/valid license for the State of Ohio. In addition, this position requires prior experience with the Early Intervention population. Other requirements include a current Ohio Driver’s License, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Applicant must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
