QA Nurse (RN)
Position Title: QA Nurse
Position Location: Franklin County (various locations in Columbus, OH)
Job Summary: This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing Services for Habilitation Services, Inc. The QA Nurse is responsible for monitoring the quality aspects of nursing services/Health Service Coordination services provided to consumers/clients as assigned/scheduled. The primary responsibilities of this position are to review nursing documentation and complete annual/bi-annual/random quality assurance reviews. In addition, this position will provide support to the RN Supervisors during employee leaves or when a position is vacant.
Position Requirements: The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited program and hold a current license in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse (RN). In addition, due to the independent nature of the duties required, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in long term care or with individuals who have a developmental disability. Other requirements include a current Ohio Driver’s License, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Applicant must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
